REGIDUR^® is a new installation box concept which satisfies the demands arising from new architectural concepts, in terms of quality and fire resistance as well as being both functional and aesthetic.

REGIDUR^® offers a unique functional solution for any type of installation: gas, electricity, water, telecommunications, etc… adapting to the different compulsory regulations in each case.

The numerous advantages of REGIDUR^® allows us to assert that it is the ideal solution to respond to the needs of modern architecture, both for its versatility and simplicity as well as for its cost-saving capacity for storage, supply and assembly:

1. Technical Information and different finishes available

• Sheet made from a 0.8 mm thick steel plate with an anti-print prepaint finish, so that the final coat of paint can be directly applied after its assembly.
• Newly designed sash made from an electro-galvanized steel sheet, 1.2 mm thick. With locking insertion grooves and intumescent joint, made to order, in order to hide the fastening screws of the frame or the isophonic gasket installation. Soldered at the four corners and produced in a "Z" shape, creating a double overlap of the leaf over the rim, it incorporates a corner profile of the rim with four anchoring hooks to admit on site.
• It is filled with a layer of rock wool which has a density of 150 Kg/m3 and a 10 mm layer of plasterboard.
• It can be closed manually using an in-set metallic drive shaft which is in the shape of a “square” or a “triangle” and an automatic latch.
• In the case of double leaves, the secondary leaf is fixed to the rim by way of manual bolts embedded in the edge.
• Maximum manufacture height: 1,700 mm. Maximum leaf width of 950 mm.
• Hidden panel rotating system which is easily dismantled.
• The leaf opens to an angle of 125º reducing the passage gap by 11 mm. (easily repairable thanks to the simple leaf dismantling system).
• Leaf thickness: 53 mm.
• Approximate leaf weight : 40 Kg/m².
• Intumescent joint in the perimeter with the option of an isophonic joint.
• Equally standardised for a wooden finish (exp. 5008921).
• Possibility of oblong opening (to order).
• Possibility of finishings with specific insulating properties (thermal, isophonic, etc.).
